Application Process
- STEP 1 : Complete Online Application + Submit Required Documents
- STEP 2 : After successful application approval, receive Dispatch Agreement to review and sign
- STEP 3 : Pay refundable Security Deposit ($250) that goes towards your last week of service
- STEP 4 : Onboarding Meeting with your QT Logistics Specialist to review final details and answer any questions you may have
- STEP 5 : Let's get to work! Your QT Logistics Specialist begins dispatching & booking loads immediately

- Signed W-9
- Certificate of Insurance • $1,000,000 in Auto-Liability • $100,000 in Cargo Coverage
- Factoring Information (if applicable)
