Yes, we handle all the paperwork including submittal of factory invoicing for clients who have that option. We DO NOT accept payments on your behalf. We submit your invoices to the broker or factoring company & they’ll directly pay you.
Dispatch services are charged on a percentage basis, 10% on each load booked. Quality Transport Logistics accepts weekly payments. Our invoice cycle runs from the previous Friday through Thursday. Payments are due every Friday.

Our specialist negotiate with brokers on your behalf, finds great loads, manages the paperwork, and we’re available to you every mile of the way. Absolutely. We love helping truck drivers and carriers in all stages of their careers. Realistically, if you are a new carrier, most shippers and brokers prefer carriers with MC authorities more than six months to a year old. However, Quality Transport Logistics has a portfolio of shippers and brokers that are ready and willing to work with MC Authority less than a year!
